- Quote requests: your name, email, phone number (optional), travel dates, destination, group size, budget and any notes you provide.
- Usage data: anonymous information such as pages visited, device type and referring site, collected through privacy-friendly analytics.
- Affiliate links: when you click a partner link, the partner may set cookies to attribute your booking to us.
How we use it
- To pass your charter request to up to three partner yacht charter brokers so they can send you proposals.
- To reply to your enquiries.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Who we share it with
Your quote request is shared only with licensed charter brokers we partner with, for the purpose of providing a quote. We also use service providers to run the site (hosting, form handling, email), who process data on our behalf. Once a broker contacts you, their own privacy policy applies to your dealings with them.
Cookies
Our site itself does not use advertising cookies. Partner websites you visit through our affiliate links may use cookies to track referrals. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for up to 24 months so we can follow up on bookings and commissions, then delete them.
Your rights
