What we are
Tidewell Charters is an independent comparison and referral service. We are not a yacht charter broker, yacht owner or operator, and we are not a party to any charter agreement you enter into.
Bookings
All charters are booked directly with third-party charter brokers or platforms under their own terms and contracts (typically MYBA or equivalent). Pricing, availability, yacht specifications and itineraries are set by those providers and must be confirmed with them before booking.
Information on this site
Yacht details, photos and prices shown are indicative and may change. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it.
Affiliate relationships
We earn commissions from some partners when you book through links or referrals on this site. This does not increase the price you pay.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tidewell Charters is not liable for any loss arising from a charter booked with a third party, or from reliance on information on this site.
